1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using freshlybuilt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings is grounds for immediate termination.

3. Content Guidelines

• Products must be real, functional, and accessible
• No spam, duplicate submissions, or misleading descriptions
• No adult content, hate speech, or illegal products
• You must own or have rights to the product you submit

4. Voting Integrity

Each user may upvote a product once per week. Manipulating votes through multiple accounts, bots, or coordinated campaigns is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Dodo Payments. You may cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your products and content. By submitting a product, you grant freshlybuilt a non-exclusive license to display your product information on the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time from your Settings page.
